Head of State: There is a consensus to condemn the adventurous and guerrilla option of extremism

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
Nicolás Maduro, stressed that there is a national consensus among the people in rejection of
the siege and threats of the Government of the United States (USA), which intends to
invade the country driven by extremism.
During the 94th broadcast of his program Con Maduro+, the
head of state emphasized that “there is a national consensus to condemn the
adventurous and guerrilla option that the heaviest and most extremist group defeated for
26 years of the rancid oligarchy of the surnames intends against the country (...) More than
90% of the country rejects the call for invasion, rejects the threats of the United States government”.
He emphasized that more than 90% of
Venezuelans are aware that the interests of the US Government are
aimed at “our oil, our wealth. That if Venezuela didn't have that oil
wealth they wouldn't even talk about Venezuela,” he said.
The Dignitary stressed that there is a new reality, where the most
important thing is that “there is a national consensus to defend the right to peace and
to the future of Venezuela, which is the most important thing above any
political or ideological difference.”
