Head of State: We are at the right time and with an upwind for the Constitutional Reform

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the Meeting with the National Commission for Constitutional Reform, stressed that we are “at the right time” and “with the wind in our favor” to take on a process of changes and updating of the Magna Carta.

“In the accumulation of forces and advances in political thought, of maturity as a nation, ideological, philosophical and doctrinal maturity, we are at a higher level due to the accumulation of struggles, experiences, choices, in the battle for our definitive rebirth as a Homeland and Project,” stressed the National President.

He added that what popular sentiment is growing enthusiasm and interest because it is the right time and the wind is in favor of moving forward in this entire phase of reform of the Magna Carta.
