Venezuela currently faces four circumstances that are decisive for the well-being of the nation in the coming years and for defining peace throughout the territory, the sectoral vice-president for Social and Territorial Socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, said Tuesday.
“We are in a historic pulse, the Bolivar-Monroe pulse, which is still more alive than ever; we are in a geopolitical pulse, as was very clear at the recent meeting of the BRICS (in Russia); we are in an ideological pulse, we defend a socialist project; and we are in an energy pulse, we have the main oil and gas reserves under our land,” he warned during a working day of the social vice-presidency and the great missions, in Caracas.
In this regard, according to a press release from the Education Department, Rodríguez urged to be aware of this circumstance to “be prepared for battle”.
“There is no way for us to defend the Bolivar project, the socialist project, the multipolar world and defend the main energy reserves, and imperialism says: go, go ahead, grant (...) It is important that everyone is absolutely aware of that, of the pulse and of the battle we are fighting so that we can put ourselves in action, to know what we are fighting for,” he stressed.
