Hero of the Battle of the Bridges: Chávez formed his people in conscience and love for the Fatherland

“Chavism is aware, it has a sense of the historic moment because Chávez formed his people in conscience and love for the Fatherland”, was the sentence of José Leonardo Rosales, hero of the Battle of the Bridges, who highlighted the transcendence of this feat in defense of the sovereignty that the patriotic people waged on February 23, 2019.
Recalling the actions of that day, Rosales highlighted the leadership of the revolutionary Darío Vivas, who was on the front line guiding the People in actions to defend Venezuelan territory.
“Darío was there guiding us and giving us an example of courage, strength and determination,” he recalled while highlighting the dedication of the People who were present “with stones, sticks and even with nothing, just to tell the enemies of the Fatherland: they will not pass!”
He thanked the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, and the governor of the state of Táchira, Freddy Bernal, for being on the front lines with the People, while praising the leadership of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to guide the victory.
