Hospital Infrastructure Recovery Plan optimized 48 healthcare centers in the country

The national government optimized essential medical services in 48 healthcare centers in the Venezuelan territory, through the Comprehensive Plan for the Recovery of Hospital Infrastructure "Dr. José Gregorio Hernández”.

The information was released from the Hospital Los Magallanes de Catia, in Caracas, during a working group led by the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez, in cooperation with those responsible for each health center.

In this regard, the multidisciplinary team carried out priority tasks that included the rehabilitation of drinking water, electricity, waterproofing, reactivation of elevators and air conditioning systems. The sectoral vice-president Juan José Ramírez stated that the joining of efforts with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) made it possible to provide direct answers to the population.

This massive deployment responded directly to reports and requests registered by citizens through the 1×10 Good Governance platform. The sectoral authorities confirmed that they maintained weekly and permanent monitoring to ensure the successful completion of the adaptation works throughout the national territory.
