This Thursday, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants against the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Nentayahu, and his former Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, as the most responsible for the commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip since at least October 8 of last year.

The arrest warrant was also issued against Mohammed Deif, a senior official of Hamas considered the head of its military wing, although Israel has already declared him dead in an Israeli attack launched last June against the Strip, a death that was never confirmed by the Islamist group.

After the operation launched by the Islamic resistance movement Hamas, on October 7, 2023, Israel declared war and has committed a siege on Gaza that, according to official figures, has caused more than 44,000 deaths and more than 104,090 injured
