Impunity continues! Israel announced the start of a ground invasion in Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a ground operation in southern Lebanon, with the stated objective of destroying Hezbollah facilities and infrastructure.

“In accordance with the decision of the political echelon, a few hours ago, the IDF initiated limited, localized and selective ground incursions, based on accurate intelligence information, against Hezbollah terrorist targets and infrastructures.”

The IDF reports that the Israeli Air Force and artillery are supporting ground forces on the course, attacking military targets.

Russia Today (RT) expands that Tel Aviv attacked border areas surrounding the Lebanese town of Wazzani with artillery fire, while the IDF increased the intensity of attacks in other border areas of the State.
