The Command, Control and Telecommunications Center VEN 9-1-1 in the state of Aragua consolidated its operational capacity during the first half of the year, processing a total of 5,000 emergency calls through the entity's 191 Peace Quadrants.
The information was released by the institution's regional director, Legna Coronado, during her participation in the radio program "VEN 9-1-1 Contigo" last Monday. In this regard, he emphasized that the results derive from an effective coordination between security bodies and the risk management system.
Subsequently, Coronado indicated that, despite the geographical challenges presented by the entity, the body has managed to maintain a timely response. In turn, he emphasized that management is not only limited to reactive care, but that it prioritizes preventive training.
“We act totally with a perfect synergy between what the Peace Quadrants are; we are a perfect union between what is citizen security and risk management,” he said.
In addition, the Director of VEN 9-1-1 Aragua highlighted the positive impact of educational campaigns aimed at local youth on the responsible use of the emergency line and first aid programs.
Ahead of the upcoming celebrations of San Juan Bautista, he announced a special deployment on the coast of Aragüeña. This will aim to provide security and immediate attention to devotees and visitors who will attend traditional festivities.
Finally, Legna Coronado reiterated that VEN 9-1-1 is a free service available 24 hours a day. At the same time, he emphasized that the institution maintains a process of constant technological innovation with the firm purpose of optimizing service times and strengthening security levels throughout the Aragüeño territory.
