In Los Próceres, hundreds of people from Caracas danced to the rhythm of World Challenge Day

The Los Próceres Water Mirror Walk in Caracas was the ideal space for the celebration of World Challenge Day, where a series of physical activities were promoted with girls and boys, young people, as well as with the participation of older adults.
The organization was led by the Ministry of Popular Power for Sports, together with 15 instructors of different modalities such as zumba, salsa, cardio boxing, and merengue, great dance therapy was developed, attended by 200 people who had fun as a family.
“To celebrate the day of the challenge, we are all the instructors from Caracas and from the national level, dedicated to meeting the goal of activating the greatest number of people for physical and mental health,” said the physical activity monitor, Marby Domínguez.
For her part, the resident of the 23 de Janeiro parish, Anaís Cacua, participated in this challenge together with a group of friends, who formed the group 23 dance. “We danced to the anthem, we couldn't miss this dance therapy. We had difficulty getting there because we came from another pole, but everything is forgotten about dancing and here we are.”
