The Ministry of Science and Technology (Mincyt), through Fundacite Táchira, held a series of innovative workshops at the U.E. Liceo Antonio Rómulo Costa, in the municipality of San Cristóbal.
According to a press release from Mincyt, the workshops, which covered robotics and astronomy, provided students with tools for their academic and personal development.
In the robotics workshop, the young participants immersed themselves in the world of robot programming and design, applying mathematical and scientific concepts in a practical and stimulating way.
This experience allowed them to develop creative abilities and strengthen their ability to work as a team, preparing them for the challenges of the future.
The astronomy workshop, on the other hand, aroused students' curiosity about the universe, offering them the opportunity to explore planets and galaxies through telescopic observations. The initiative allowed them to expand their horizons and fuel their passion for science.
These activities are part of the National Scientific Semilleros Program, a key strategy of the Bolivarian Government to empower young people in their learning and turn them into protagonists of their own scientific training.
