This Thursday, January 21, the deputies to the National Assembly approved in the first discussion the bill on the acceleration and optimization of administrative procedures and procedures in the public administration.
On this day, Deputy María Gabriela Vega praised the above-mentioned bill, which will improve and promote the administrative solvency of the citizens of the Venezuelan people.
He added that it is a law that eliminates bureaucratic procedures. “There is a general consensus on the need to transform the State's administrative procedures and procedures to make them simpler, more expeditious. In addition, he emphasized that this legislation is a key tool for the modernization of the State, aimed at serving the needs of the people more effectively.
For his part, the first vice-president of the AN, deputy Pedro Infante, indicated that “the draft Organic Law for the Acceleration and Optimization of Public Administration Procedures and Procedures is declared approved in the first discussion and is referred to the Permanent Committee on Internal Policy for the purpose of preparing the report for its second discussion.”
