In Trujillo Pueblo chooses projects to be implemented through the National Popular Consultation

For the second National Popular Consultation, the people of Trujillo will choose priority projects in 145 communal circuits that encompass more than 2,000 communal councils from the 20 municipalities and 93 parishes of the entity.

The governor of Trujllo, Gerardo Márquez, said that each communal circuit proposed seven projects that will favor the entire community axis, to choose only one per circuit this Sunday. “Your vote decides the fate of your community.”

He also stressed that logistics are guaranteed for this Sunday's communal election.

With regard to the first popular consultation held on April 21, Márquez indicated that more than 130 projects were approved in the entity and several of them have already been implemented with the resources allocated by the national government.
