Iran: The US and Israel will receive an answer that will leave them with their mouths open

Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, threatened this Saturday to retaliate against the United States and Israel for what they are doing against his country and its allies in the region.

“The enemies, including the United States and the Zionist regime, should know that they will undoubtedly receive an answer that will leave them speechless because of what they are doing against Iran and the Resistance Front,” said Khamenei, quoted by the RT agency.

In this context, the Ayatollah emphasized that the country's officials are currently engaged in efforts to confront the “global arrogance and criminal system that governs the current world order and will definitely spare no effort in this regard.”

“It's about confronting international cruelty. For the Iranian nation, inspired by the teachings of Islam, confronting cruelty is a religious duty,” he said.

Khamenei's statements come in the midst of an escalation between Tehran and Tel Aviv. Previously, the NYT reported that the country's leader gave instructions to the Supreme National Security Council to prepare an attack against Israel, which could take place after November 5 and include dozens of military objectives.

On Tuesday, Iran already promised to carry out an attack against the Jewish country. “In the coming days, you will see what more crushing blows will be inflicted on the Zionist regime, and you will be surprised with new measures, initiatives and creativity,” said General Reza Naqdi, deputy coordinator of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard.
