The Zionist regime of Israel imposed sanctions against the Haaretz newspaper, one of the main and most read newspapers in the Jewish country, for its criticism of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, so it announced that it will suspend all contact between its agencies and the aforementioned media.
The newspaper's deputy chief director, Noa Landau, reported that she will suspend her account on the social network X and accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of having certified the sanction with his rubric.
Landau indicated that the Netanyahu government suspended “any state advertising, State-funded subscriptions or any other 'connection' with the newspaper. We will not be deterred,” he said.
“To all my colleagues who are silent today in the face of the illegal sanctions that have just been imposed on us: Don't be surprised when your day comes,” he warned.
One of the covers of this week's Haaretz was the ruling of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on the arrest warrant against Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister for war crimes in Gaza.
