Israeli forces killed a young Palestinian man despite the ceasefire

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported the murder of Jatab Mohamed Sarhan Daraghmeh, 26, who was shot by Israeli soldiers south of Nablus.
According to information from the official Palestinian news agency, WAFA, two young people were injured by gunshots: one of them died, while the other was taken to Salfit Hospital after being hit four times while trying to help the first one.
The latest report from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), details that between January 2024 and December 2025, Israeli forces killed 699 Palestinians in the West Bank, territory occupied by Israel.
Since October 2023, the Israeli offensive against Gaza has caused the death of at least 71,271 Palestinians and has left 171,233 injured, according to information provided by the enclave's health authorities.
