Jorge Rodríguez: Law on the Communes will be ready before November 15

The president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, reported that the legislative body is committed to the country so that “before November 15, we reform the five remaining laws currently under review; this is the Organic Law of the Communal Economic System, Justice and Peace, of Political Organization and Participation, and we will include the communal budget in the National Budget Law.”

This was stated on the night of this Monday, October 21, during his speech in the program of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, With Maduro+.

For his part, the National President specified that “the goal of 70% of the budget must be reached as a direct transfer so that the Community Councils and the Communes are the ones who apply and use the nation's budget. This would be one of the most profound revolutions!”
