Jorge Rodríguez: Oil is valuable when it becomes a hospital, road, school, universities and living wages

This Saturday, the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, accompanied the first public consultation on the partial reform of the Hydrocarbons Law, from the Puerto La Cruz Refinery, in the Juan Antonio Sotillo municipality of Anzoátegui state, with workers from Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

Rodríguez said that “oil is valuable when it becomes a hospital, a highway, when it becomes a school, universities, when it becomes decent wages for workers.”

“We must get that oil out of the earth and turn it into prosperity, into the full life that Venezuelans deserve, with strict protection of the Constitution, our laws, sovereignty and our independence,” he stressed.
