The accusations of the United States government against Venezuela, for the alleged drug trafficking, are a vile fallacy since they have been unable to present evidence of their accusations.

“It's a great farce, a great slander against Venezuela. They can't even agree on whether it's the cartel of the Suns or the Aragua Train. They can't even tell what criminal organization, one of those they are inventing, the people killed in the Caribbean belong to,” Rodríguez said during a press conference held this Sunday.

In this regard, he reiterated that the Venezuelan parliament will conduct an exhaustive investigation of these events to determine how many Venezuelans have been killed.

“We have discussed these attacks in the Caribbean Sea and have pointed out that they refer to extrajudicial killings. But, as a result of the aggravation of the complaint with the fact that shipwrecks have been killed, we are going to open an investigation in that regard,” he stressed.
