Josef Martínez is close to 130 goals in the MLS

Venezuelan forward Josef Martínez of the San José Earthquakes scored his 12th goal in the current Major League Soccer (MLS) season and is nearing 130 goals in the North American league.
Martinez opened the score in the 72nd minute, however his club failed to hold the lead and we fell 1-2 to San Diego FC.
The Venezuelan striker with 128 is currently the second active player with the most goals in the history of the league, after Kei Kamara.
Meanwhile, in the history of the North American League, Martínez is the sixth highest scorer and is close to Jaime Moreno, who is his next rival with 133 goals.
