JPSUV present at the XXI General Assembly of the FMJD in Namibia

A Youth delegation from the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV) participated in the inauguration of the XXI General Assembly of the World Federation of Democratic Youth (FMJD) in Namibia, a space for youth struggle and unity against imperialism and for social justice.
The JPSUV delegation is represented by Ariana Llanos, Antony Sánchez and Yasmín Corrales, who have reaffirmed at this important international meeting their commitment to the anti-imperialist and anti-fascist struggle, Venezuelan Television review.
The assembly was also attended by the president of Namibia, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, who reaffirmed her country's commitment to defending the rights of peoples and the sovereignty of nations.
He also stressed the importance of youth unity in the fight against imperialism, colonialism and any other form of oppression of peoples.
This year, the 21st General Assembly of the World Federation of Democratic Youth takes place in Windhoek, from May 20 to 26, and is attended by more than 200 delegates from around the world. The FMJD raises its voice in solidarity with Palestine, denounces its oppression and demands respect. It also rejects the illegal sanctions imposed on Venezuela, Cuba and Zimbabwe, which affect the development and well-being of their peoples.
