The Juan José Landaeta Orchestra and the Simon Bolivar National Choir of Venezuela gave Mexico a beautiful concert, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, for the 215 years of the Grito de Dolores.

This was announced by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, through his Telegram channel, in which he stressed that he accompanied the tribute that took place in the Nezahualcóyotl room of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

“The meeting took place in full room in the XXX auditorium of the UNAM last night, with the presence of Mexican authorities and the diplomatic corps accredited in Mexico City.
Also present were our ambassador in Mexico , Stella Lugo, and the Mexican ambassador in Caracas, Leopoldo De Gyvés,” he said.

He also highlighted that this tribute that Venezuela pays to Mexico will continue in Cuernavaca this Friday; while on Sunday Venezuelans will delight the public attending the 25th International Book Fair of the Zócalo in the historic center of the Mexican capital.
