The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, this Wednesday, May 21, stressed that the new phase in the management of the country's governorates is to have communities as their epicenter, “but never to leave any community alone.”

Venezuela is in another phase, which is one of offensive creation of the new and the new is born of the People,” he exalted.

This was highlighted in the state of La Guaira, where he accompanied the candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB), for the re-election to the Governorate of this entity, José Ajejandro Terán.

He argued that the goal is to increasingly empower neighbors, as well as to strengthen grassroots organization, the formation of leaders, “it is the new, direct democracy that is born in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”

“It is an exemplary Republic of Latin America and the Caribbean,” he said.

He said that it was in La Guaira that the independence idea was born: “Guairian blood flowed from José María España, Manuel Gual, Josefa Joaquina Sánchez to tell the world we want to be free: Down with the monarchy”.
