The La Movida de San
Agustín Dance Festival brought together more than 16 local groups in the streets of Porlamar, Nueva Esparta
state, where dance and body expression were the protagonists of a day of encounter with the community.
According to information from Venezolana de
Televisión, the activity that is part of the International
Muralism Festival Ciudad Mural, brought artistic events to
public spaces to promote creativity and citizen participation.
During the meeting, the groups
demonstrated the talent and creative strength of the region, while the streets
were transformed into stages to share different dance proposals with residents and visitors.
The day reaffirmed the purpose of bringing art closer
to communities and strengthening citizen integration through culture.
