Librerias del Sur brought reading and creativity to children at the Misión Cultura camp

The girls and boys of the Misión Cultura temporary camp, located in the Altagracia parish of Caracas, enjoyed a recreational day organized by the Librería del Sur Foundation, which combined reading, puppets and origami.

This was announced by the Ministry for Culture through its Instagram account, in which it highlighted that the activity began with the reading of the story “Simon and Nevado”, during which the children participated in the dramatization of the story. In turn, they also enjoyed the story “Chocolate”, starring a dog.

As part of the day, the participants also tested their creativity and dexterity through activities such as paper folding and making finger puppets, for which they were able to choose from four available models.

The initiative offered the boys and girls of the camp a space for entertainment and learning, promoting an approach to reading and the development of creative abilities through cultural activities .
