The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, highlighted the fulfillment of 85.91% of attention to Plan 95 of the 1x10 System of Good Governance, as part of the Bolivarian Government's public policy to optimize basic services in communities.

In his account on the social network X, he noted that “with 85.91% of the cases treated, we are still working on Plan 95 ordered to us by our President, Nicolás Maduro, through the 1×10 of Good Governance.”

“The Situational Room of the Mayor's Office of Caracas serving the people, and teams are always deployed,” he said.

In the message, Meléndez attached a video, in which he reported that this Saturday, the 17th, he held a meeting with all the teams in the Situational Room and this Sunday, the 18th, he monitored and controlled the system.

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, recently during his program “With Maduro More”, launched the “Plan 95” to increase the efficiency of the 1×10 System of Good Governance.

The above-mentioned plan consists of moving forward to “exceeding 95% of resolved cases”, from that date to July 1, in issues of water, gas, electricity, telecommunications, education and health.
