With the completion of scarification, asphalting, tree pruning, cable management and installation of luminaires, a Cayapa Public Services day began on Fuerza Aéreas Avenue in Maracay in the state of Aragua.

These are tasks aimed at general beautification with tree pruning, arrangement and replacement of wiring. “We are in talks with the different cable companies that live in the state to organize this system; determine what each service is and thus adapt our city,” said Mayor Rafael Morales.

The deployment took place on Fuerzas Aéreas Avenue, which is the starting point for the work that will be carried out in phases and at night, to minimize the negative impact on drivers and bystanders in the area. The work will reach Constitución Avenue and around the land terminal of the capital of Aragüeña. 11 poles and 275 LED luminaires with 200 photo cells will be placed in the first sector addressed.

In this regard, Morales added that the cayapa contemplates addressing the main avenues of the state capital. “It's part of the great plan that our governor Joana Sánchez has for the Right to the City that she promotes so much (...) Between Monday and Tuesday we will be giving the population this first stretch that covers Constitution Avenue,” he said.

Morales added that more than 200 workers are dedicated to the work. “The works take place at night 48 hours after their announcement.”
