Authorities are refining working methods to boost attention to the 1×10 Good Governance System, in order to ensure the efficient resolution of requests received through Line 58 of the VENAPP application, following new instructions from the Vice Presidency of Public Works and Services, led by Jorge Márquez.
Since October 20, the 1×10 System of Good Governance entered a new phase aimed at strengthening the Bolivarian Government's response capacity, as well as direct coordination with Popular Power in the context of the Seven Transformations (7T).
During the meeting, they noted progress in terms of advice and technical support in the projects elected in the National Popular Consultation, which will hold a new democratic process on November 23 in the five thousand 336 Community Circuits.
In this regard, the authorities of the Vice Presidency of Public Works and Services reaffirmed their commitment to achieving the goal established by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro: to resolve eight million cases through the 1×10 of Good Governance before December 31.
In this regard, Márquez, who is Minister of the People's Power for Electric Energy, aimed at redoubling efforts, refining strategies and maintaining the pace of work to consolidate more efficient public management.
In addition to the revival of Good Governance at 1×10, the technical deployment of multidisciplinary teams was reviewed in areas affected by recent rainfall, specifically in the state of Sucre, where essential services have been affected.
These actions include risk mitigation maneuvers and major road repairs.
The meeting was also attended by the ministers of Popular Power for Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán; for Public Works, Juan José Ramírez; for Water Care, Carlos Mast Yustiz; and for Habitat and Housing, Raúl Paredes, together with the presidents of CANTV, Iván Hernández Dala, and of PDVSA Gas, Julio Rojas.
