MEDI will open its doors to receive the recital Encuentro Soy Paz, Soy Caribe

Cruz-Diez Design and Print Museum (MEDI) will open its doors this Friday, October 24, to host the Recital for
the Soy Paz, Soy Caribe Encounter, which will be presented by the culturist
Elena Gil and the music producer, Leonel Ruiz.
Gil is a performer of numerous songs that
cover Latin American and Caribbean folklore, Cuban and Venezuelan music,
including songs in indigenous languages and multiple genres from the region.
For his part, Ruiz composed various songs,
including the album Mere mere with Pan Caliente, the album Word of Chávez, a
subversive love song, and also addressed songs inspired by poetry, such as October 10!
and Handala.
The activity, which will start at 6:00 in the afternoon, is totally free and has free parking, is promoted by the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, the Heart In Culture Mission, the National Museums Foundation and the Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland.
