MINAGUA evaluates water projects for the National Popular Consultation 2024

The Minister of the People's Power for Water Care, Rodolfo Marco Torres, held a meeting through a videoconference with the presidents of the Hydrological Companies and entities attached to this ministerial body, to evaluate the projects in this area, at the national level, which were executed through the consultation of last April 21, on the way to the great National Popular Consultation of the Community Circuits scheduled for this Sunday, August 25.
The information was released by MINAGUA, in its account on the social network Telegram, where he published a video, in which Minister Marco Torres said that “we are reviewing all the projects of the popular consultation of April 21 to give him all the support and a deployment also of our Hydrological Companies and the Ministry of Water for the next National Popular Consultation 2024”.
During the meeting, he held a telephone communication with the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, who congratulated the work carried out by Hydrological Companies throughout the country, as well as the entities attached to the Ministry of People's Power for Water Care.
“In the next election on August 25, we are going to give every support to each communal council and to the communal circuits so that they can select their projects and can be financed by the Bolivarian Government, in this way, to respond to our People, always in the hands of Popular Power,” he said.
The Second Community Consultation will take place on August 25 across the country, in which the People will choose priority projects in 4,500 communal circuits, encompassing 49,000 communal councils.
These councils are led by 1.5 million spokespersons, and represent the organic expression of the constitution and laws of real and true democracy.
