The Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE), in the state of Carabobo, organized the Small Scientists Fair, Great Discoveries, with the participation of 50 boys and girls from the Vicente Emparan Educational Unit, located in the municipality of Los Guayos.
During the deployment, the students assumed the role of researchers participating in experiments and practical demonstrations.
According to the press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), this day is part of the Massification of Knowledge Program, a strategy designed to awaken early vocations and demonstrate that science is an accessible and fundamental tool for social transformation.
The initiative seeks to demystify the complexity of scientific disciplines, bringing them closer to school communities in a didactic way. By fostering these capacities in childhood, the formation of a replacement generation prepared to lead technological development and regional advances is guaranteed.
