This Monday, May 26, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that since the presidential elections held last July 28, “the right wing showed its face without any restrictions, they removed their veils.”

He assured that as of that date, “they showed who they are, what their real objectives are”, referring to the destabilization plans of the extremist right on the occasion of the Regional and Legislative Elections.

“They absolutely don't care about the results, or the election, they don't care about the people, all they want is to impose themselves by force,” he said.

During the 80th edition of the program “Con Maduro+”, hosted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, Cabello recalled the violent acts generated by extremism on July 28.

“On instructions from the President, we have had meetings with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Security Bodies, our People and we have worked on a strategy to gather all that information, which has constantly been coming to us from these sectors, this allowed us to put together the puzzle of what these people were preparing for these elections,” he explained.
