The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that
“whoever has any kind of outstanding accounts with the justice system must be brought to court, but whoever has nothing and was imprisoned there is now coming to freedom; he comes out of hell!”

This was stated on the night of this Thursday, February 20, when he received a new flight from the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland with compatriots from Guantánamo. “Even those who have accounts know that they are coming to their country and that embrace, loving treatment and feeling in their homeland are coming.

The senior official specified that “not a single one of them was linked to the Aragua Train and of these we are going to review and if there is one we will say it, and if there is not one we will say it too, because there is no blackmail here, there is a very professional job”.

Upon receiving the compatriots, he added that “this is not a gesture of impunity, because whoever has an open file or cause must respond to justice. In the initial check that we did last time, out of 190, only 17 had a history and the judges will determine what measure will be applied to them and for this new flight the numbers are similar.”

He added that “we already checked by means of the fingerprint that they sent it to us when they were boarding the plane and we are reviewing each particular case here and when they arrive a team is already waiting for them”.

I explain that every 10 of them are being greeted by two people from the team who make the journey to the place where they are going to spend the night. “A comfortable bed, well cared for, you can bathe, call your family (...) It's another thing.”
