Minister Cabello oversaw deployment of the security device in Petare

In compliance with the instructions issued by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to guarantee the peace, security and tranquility of the Venezuelan people, the sectoral vice-president for citizen security and peace, Diosdado Cabello, toured some areas of the metropolitan area of Caracas this Friday to verify the deployment of the security device and the patrolling work.

During the tour, he received a report from security officials who were in the populous area of Petare, in the Sucre municipality of Miranda state, to guarantee peace.

In addition, the Minister of the People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, verified the activation of the Integral Defense Management Organs (ODDI), in the metropolitan area of Caracas as part of the comprehensive defensive system that guarantees the security and peace of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela under the strategic military concept of the nation.
