Minister Cabello: The first attribute of the training of security forces must be morality

The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that moral formation must be the first attribute of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).
During the celebration of the 16th Anniversary of the National Experimental Security University (UNES), Cabello highlighted the effort that the Revolution has made in terms of police training, “but we have a lot to do with it and it has to do with the custody who is there, to the treatment given to the person who is in detention.”
In this sense, he specified that the formation of UNES is comprehensive, “all State security agencies that pass through here must be comprehensive, training must have moral formation as its first objective. You are in that process.”
He also recalled that the security forces of the Fourth Republic “were not based on the People, but on the assets of the people, they were there to take care of property, not to take care of the People.”
