The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, ratified this Wednesday the fight of the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela against drug trafficking, terrorism and the extreme right.

“Here in Venezuela we have a fight against terrorism, against drug trafficking, against any type of gang, but also against the extreme right, which does not believe in democracy and that believes that it will come to power through violence,” Cabello said during a press conference.

Regarding the terrorist plans promoted by extremism, to boycott the past regional and legislative elections held in the country, he said that “it's crazy to think that if I attack a police post with a bomb, the police who are injured inside will come to support me.”

In this regard, the Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace pointed out that this type of action “only occurs to the 'genius' of those who lead the extremist opposition; intelligent, very intelligent people.”
