The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Friday that with the capture of the extremist opposition Juan Pablo Guanipa, the terrorist network that sought to boycott the elections next Sunday, May 25, was dismantled.
During a press conference, Cabello indicated that the far-right leader, an ally of María Corina Machado, “all his rights will be respected, but from now on he has to be accountable to justice. And with Juan Pablo Guanipa, a whole network of terrorism falls in Venezuela.”
The also Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace pointed out that the world media can say whatever it wants, “but here in this country the Bolivarian Revolution guarantees peace for all Venezuelans, and on the 25th here there will be elections in peace, in tranquility.”
