Minister Daniella Cabello held a meeting with regional chambers of tourism

This space made it possible to coordinate efforts between the public and private sectors

The Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, held a working meeting via videoconference with representatives of the Chambers of Tourism from all the states of the country, with the objective of advancing the consolidation of Venezuela as a multi-destination.

According to information from the Ministry of Tourism, during the meeting, Cabello highlighted that it was held to listen to those who know first-hand the potential and challenges that exist in terms of tourism in each region.

‎ “Each state has a unique identity: coasts, mountains, plains, jungles, cities, towns, cuisine, traditions and experiences that make up the enormous diversity that Venezuela offers to national and international tourists,” he added, noting that national tourism development is built from each region.

He also stressed that working together is key for each region to find a path to sustainable economic growth in tourism. In addition, he stressed that the Ministry of Tourism will follow up on the proposed proposals, through permanent working tables, in order to convert the potential of each state into concrete experiences for visitors.

‎Es important to highlight that this space made it possible to coordinate efforts between the public and private sectors to accompany Tourism Service Providers, promote new products and generate opportunities for development and well-being in local communities.
