President Rodríguez led a wreath before Simon Bolivar's monument in Suriname

This Friday, September 11, the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, honored the Liberator Simon Bolivar with a floral offering in front of his monument, located in Paramaribo, capital of Suriname .

According to information from the Presidential Press, the ceremony was attended by diplomatic authorities and official delegations from Venezuela and Suriname, within the framework of the international agenda being developed by the Venezuelan president in that South American nation.

In addition, the solemn ceremony highlighted Bolívar's legacy and its validity as a reference for sovereignty, solidarity and regional integration, as well as the historical ties that both countries maintain.

The tribute reaffirms Venezuela's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and the union of the Peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean, under the principles of cooperation and peace diplomacy.
