Minister Márquez supervised progress and operation of the Hydroelectric Power Plants in Bolívar

The Minister of Popular Power for Electric Energy (MPPEE), Jorge Márquez, this Tuesday, April 15, oversaw in the state of Bolívar, the operation of the Generating Units of the Francisco de Miranda Hydroelectric Power Plants in Caruachi and Simón Bolívar in Guri.
In a review published on the MPPEE website, he points out that the activity is part of the permanent monitoring and control carried out to the National Electricity System (SEN).
During the tour, Márquez noted the progress made in the operational recovery of Generating Units No. 7 and No. 8 in Caruachi.
He also traveled to Guri, the largest hydroelectric power plant in the country, to inspect the recent work on Generating Unit No. 10 of Machine House 1.
Márquez was accompanied by the president of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC), José Luis Betancourt, and other authorities responsible for the core processes of the state power company, in order to verify the optimal functioning of its areas, to continue the advances of a reliable and quality service to the people of Venezuela.
The Bolivarian Government continues with major plans and projects, with the objective of strengthening the SEN and following energy stability and reliability for the development of the homeland through the Plan of the Seven Transformations (7T).
