Minister Menéndez installed Community Government system in Carlos Soublette parish in La Guaira

The Minister of Planning, Ricardo Men Méndez, carried out the installation of the Popular and Communal Government System from the Montesano Victorioso Commune, located in the Carlos Soublette parish, Vargas municipality, La Guaira state, in which a Solution Map proposed by the members of that town was drawn up.

“The Government, together with the people, works on collective construction for all. We are building a fully democratic society with the concept of that direct democracy,” Menéndez said.

For her part, the spokeswoman for the Social Production project, Ana Colmenares, from the Montesano Victorioso Commune, explained that the Solution Map seeks to analyze all the problems that have been raised together with cartography and in this way the most important critical issues in the area will be solved.

Also, the members of the aforementioned Commune emphasized that cartography visualizes the nine Community Councils, as well as the joint work with the spokespersons, the political team, the street chiefs, the community leaders and leaders of UBCH, around the Communal Government.
