Minister Posani: Government is making progress on a national plan that covers the construction of 4,000 homes

The Minister of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing, Paola Posani, reported that the Bolivarian Government planned a national plan that covers the delivery and construction of 4,000 homes throughout the Venezuelan territory.

He stressed that the plan responds to a real census and diagnosis of the population, allowing the mobilization and concerted territorial relocation of families from different regions, such as La Guaira and Puerto Cabello, respecting their decisions and needs expressed during social approaches.

In the program Achievements of the Homeland, led by communicator Carlos Sierra, Minister Posani reaffirmed the commitment of the National Government to continue to regularize the documentation and ownership of the properties provided, guaranteeing legal security and peace of mind for Venezuelan families.

This was stated this Friday, August 7, when he provided details about the housing care projects and urban planning plans that are being developed at the national level, in which he highlights the human commitment and the closeness of the work team to citizens affected by housing contingencies, highlighting the importance of providing real and dignified solutions.

In this regard, he stressed that this is “a wonderful work of constant dedication to restore peace of mind to families who have been through difficult times”.

He emphasized that each housing project is supported by rigorous technical studies led by specialists, responsible for carrying out soil studies, geological analysis and laboratory samples.”

He said that “these evaluations guarantee that land located in mountainous areas or with complex characteristics is completely suitable for the construction of safe buildings.”

He also explained that residential typologies have been designed adapted to the needs and preferences of communities, prioritizing buildings of adequate density that provide stability, while guaranteeing the resistance of structures to seismic events.

On the other hand, he reported that the Single Housing Registry began in the state of Carabobo, to serve families affected by the double earthquake of last June 24, as well as those from the state of La Guaira who are temporarily in the region.

The day was held simultaneously in two parts of the region: the first was established in the municipality of Puerto Cabello, specifically in the Cumboto Norte sector of the Juan José Flores parish. At the same time, a second center was set up in the Juan José Mora municipality, located in the José Manuel Subero Educational Unit of the Banco Obrero sector, Morón parish.

He specified that the Single Housing Registry is intended exclusively for people whose houses are in risk areas classified with the red label or have suffered the collapse of their structures.

He clarified that this is not a process for the general growth or award of real estate.

He explained that the procedure requires precise data such as the identity card and the exact coordinates of the house to cross the information with national databases using an institutional QR code that provides direct legal support.

He also stated that family characterization makes it possible to identify priority needs (such as older adults or people with disabilities) to ensure adequate relocations, plan the territory with respect for places of origin and preserve the community fabric.
