Minister Prado announces start of transfer of resources to People's Power

This Sunday, the Minister of Popular Power for Communes and Social Movements, Ángel Prado, reported that resources will begin to be transferred to the People's Power, following the results of the Second National Popular Consultation 2024.

After a telephone contact at Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Prado reported that starting Tuesday and Wednesday, there are technical teams that accompany the projects at the request of the Communes.

The transfer “will advance very quickly in the execution of the second consultation, because the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the third popular consultation would take place by the end of the year,” he said.

He also added that the Venezuelan people go to the voting centers this August 25, to prioritize their projects and that is “how the democracy that exists in the country is demonstrated.”

Prado stressed that many people were prepared to evaluate their projects and their execution very well. “The people are very motivated and very happy, because they have already executed a first project of the last consultation.”
