Minister Prado: Resources for Popular Consultation projects will be transferred based on results

The Minister of Popular Power for Communes and Social Movements, Ángel Prado, reported that starting Tuesday and Wednesday, resources will begin to be transferred to the People's Power, following the results of the Second National Popular Consultation 2024.
During a telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión, he specified that there are technical teams that accompany the projects at the request of the Communes, “very fast progress will be made in the execution of the second consultation, because the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the third popular consultation would take place by the end of the year.”
Prado highlighted that the Venezuelan people vote on August 25, to prioritize their projects, “this is how the democracy that exists in the country is demonstrated.”
He insisted that many people were prepared to evaluate their projects and their execution very well. “The people are very motivated and very happy, because they have already executed a first project of the last consultation,” he said.
He stressed that the People have prioritized resources to meet needs such as the adaptation of public services, the restoration of schools, fields and different infrastructures.
