The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, appointed G/D Ramón Celestino Velásquez Araguayán, as president in charge of the C.A. Metro de Caracas, in accordance with Official Gazette No. 42,817 dated February 9, 2024.

The social network X, at the same time, stressed that it will continue to hold the position of Minister of People's Power for Transport.
