Ministry of Education will provide 1,000 monthly table-chairs to schools in the country

The Ministry of Education will begin delivering, to each state of the country, a thousand monthly tables and chairs to meet the demand of educational institutions, said the incumbent Héctor Rodríguez.

“We have already delivered 30,000 in the different stages of education in schools and high schools in the country, now we are going to start delivering 1,000 in each state on a monthly basis,” he said during a meeting with the directors of the Centers for Development for Educational Quality (CDCE), in Caracas.

According to a press release from the Education portfolio, this process will take place until all demand is met at the national level.

On the other hand, Rodríguez explained that the process of rehabilitation of educational facilities will be permanent, as well as announced the construction of new facilities

In this regard, he asked the directors of CDCE to organize schools and spaces together with the community in order of priority.

In addition, the Minister of Education reported that the delivery of more than 3,000 freezers in schools across the country has already been completed, to ensure adequate storage of School Food Program (PAE) products, and added that a new distribution will be made soon.
