Ministry of Health deployed national operation during Safe Holy Week holidays 2025

The Ministry of Popular Power for Health (MPPS), activated a national health operation, in which 650 service points were deployed, in the context of the Holy Week 2025 season .

A large team of MPPS professionals are strategically positioned in municipalities and essential sectors across the nation to guarantee immediate medical assistance in the event of any eventuality, according to a press release published on the website of this ministerial body.

In this regard, the health teams were deployed in areas of high concentration, where they are distributed in care points by state: Amazonas (5), Anzoátegui (53), Apure (19), Aragua (34), Barinas (14), Bolivar (49), Carabobo (5), Cojedes (28), Delta Amacuro (21), Capital District (5), Falcón (53), Guárico (35), La Guaira (15), Lara (27) ), Mérida (23), Miranda (32), Monagas (16), Nueva Esparta (11), Portuguesa (34), Sucre (46), Táchira (14), Trujillo (60), Yaracuy (10) and Zulia (40).

Deployed doctors have the necessary equipment and supplies to address a wide range of medical emergencies, from first aid to more complex incidents.

The MPPS urges the population to enjoy a safe sleep, following the instructions of the authorities and taking the necessary precautions to prevent incidents, and in the event of a medical emergency, it is recommended to go to the nearest point of care.

In addition, the ministerial body issued a call to parents and representatives to maintain constant vigilance over their children in high-traffic areas such as beaches, rivers, spas and tourist attractions, in addition to placing an emphasis on the importance of prevention and care at all times.
