Miranda received more than half a million seasoners during the carnival festivities

The governor of the state of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez, offered a balance sheet of the Happy Carnival 2024, in which he highlighted the work of the security forces.

According to information expressed by the regional president, the entity received more than half a million seasonal workers who chose the entity as a destination during the King Momo festivities.

He also specified that the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Park received 287,000 visitors during the season.

Rodríguez took the opportunity to congratulate the more than 10,000 security officials who were deployed in the state and added that more than 40 people were rescued from immersion.

“Overall, 60% hotel occupancy in the entire state of Miranda, 70% of the coastal area, and I want to congratulate the Brión municipality, which had 100% hotel occupancy.”

He also recognized the work of all the artists, Mirandinos and nationals who participated in the different concerts, parties and floats.
