MIRANDA-SUCRE/Delcy Rodríguez: Extremism is part of perverse and violent plans against the country's peace

This Thursday, May 22, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, said that the Bolivarian Revolution is made up of “people who resolve”, who together with the ordinary Venezuelan people faced the economic war driven by the extremist opposition.

“This Sunday we will be doing two touches for Venezuela, it's very easy to defend Venezuela, democracy, peace, tranquility in the face of extremism's plans to cause violence,” he said.

He confirmed that the fascist right “has perverse and violent plans against the tranquility of Venezuela.”

He recalled “what the immense losses caused by Venezuelan extremism have meant for this Republic, who asked their masters of the North for an economic war against Venezuela”.

He also stressed that these aggressions have generated losses of “more than 700 billion dollars in losses for our economy, no country has endured anything like that. That can only be explained by the attitude of the Venezuelan people.”

“Nothing makes us faint and when they want to extort us, kneeling here is our people standing, head and forehead held high, dignity held high, saying that they should not mess with Venezuela. That is the lineage of what we Venezuelans are,” he emphasized.

During the ceremony held in Petare parish, in Miranda state, of the Grand Closing of the Electoral Campaign “People Who Resolve”, by Elio Serrano, candidate for governor of the entity, and the candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (Gppsb), where he stressed that “they have carried out an extraordinary house-to-house campaign, less microphone, less platform and more people”.
