MIRANDA-SUCRE/Elio Serrano: Miranda will not return to the violence she experienced for ten years

The candidate for governor of the state Miranda for the parties that are part of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar, Elio Serrano, assured that the state will not return to the violence it experienced for ten years.

At the swearing in of the Simón Bolívar Great Patriotic Pole Campaign Command for the elections of May 25, Serrano stated that “we are not going to return to those circumstances (...) this town remained standing.”

He said that the center of government will be the communes and that he will govern with them. “This concrete agenda of action, given to me by the 468 circuits and communes of the state, is a mandate for us, we assume that commitment,” he concluded.
