Moncada: Elon Musk is an agent of the United States Government

The permanent representative of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, denounced that Elonk Musk is behind the cyber war of July 28 against the Venezuelan electoral system.

“Does the United States Government depend on Elon Musk or does he depend on the United States? Elon Musk is an agent of the United States Government,” he said.

In this regard, he pointed out that these attacks were carried out by the covert operation with several attacks through the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

“Understand that these operations wanted to cause psychological damage, a psychological war to the Venezuelan people,” he emphasized.

He also indicated that one of the strategies was based on a project by the company Altavista PVT that sought to replace the Venezuelan electoral system.

“They ventured to give false information to put Edmundo González as the winner,” he said.
